Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service said that for the first six months of this year, the service specialists managed to consider 137 applications about violating of antimonopoly legislation by the authorities. However, only one warning was issued on those applications.
At the same time, 43 market entities were brought to responsibility and provided the state budget with 51 million rubles when paying the fines imposed by the FAS.
For the same period of 2017, FAS requirements were applied to 37 enterprises. The amount of penalties was 36 million rubles.
